They turned my roaming off after 2 or 3 weeks. So i cant use the Data I paid for!

Having finished work now due to I'll health .I very rarely use to the phone much now so am thinking off switching off .so ten pounds for something I don't use is a waste .am going to cut it down now as don't really use internet really

I'm new to Giffgaff but so far so good. The goody bags seem excellent value, but I have not had chance to test roaming so far. Calls and texts never failed as yet. 4g reception for data very good but not quite as fast as I expected. Maybe my phone to blame as it's a few years old now. Have had no need to use customer service agents but I expect that to be fine too. The website takes some getting used to and not quite as user friendly as my previous provider.

Very happy with giffgaff,except for golden goody bag not able to take normal credit,onlybank?would like to top up phone with more money to use with golden goody bag/so I don’t top up for this reason?

Terrible experience portering my number across with giff gaff pointing the finger at Apple. It transpires the issues I’m having (no iMessaging/Facetime) is down to giff gaff not activating my sim properly. Have escalated this with giff gaff tech support and now waiting for a further response. So far this miserable episode has meant 3hrs on the ‘phone with Apple and a lot of time trying to fit the pieces together. Thought also I might cut my losses and cancel within my 14-day grace period so I requested a PAC from them to porter my number elsewhere. Giff Gaff were unable to provide me with my PAC stating I had to cancel the transfer-in first - problem here is under ‘My Account’ giff gaff show the transfer is complete (catch 22 and all that)! I’m now waiting to see whether giff gaff can iron out the issues with iMessages/Facetime not registering my number. Apple’s technical team also told me I’m one of many new giff gaff customers with this issue!

No concerns . Had a blip when my data ran out I was charged via my goody bag.
It was refunded . Overall excellent value for what I need . Data coverage has been pretty good, able to text, phone use social media and still have lots of data left . I am a happy customer.

Not locked to a specific plan, can change from month to month or even pause a month.
The phone App is super easy to use.
And lets be honest....the data bundles you get for the different prices are possibly the best around, with unlimited texts and calls.

Been a customer for 4 years now and see no need to change.

Great service but others are much cheaper. I was about to renew my rolling monthly contract but saw that a number of suppliers are offering the same monthly plans at a much lower price. Am happy with Giffgaff but am moving to another provider which also uses the O2 network as I can get 12GB of data for less £ than I am paying for 3GB. No brainer really.

You are kept up to date regarding your account, payments due and how long you have been a member.
I like the openess and you are bothered by unwanted calls!!
If you are on the wrong tariff they will suggest a suitable tariff. Why pay for something that you are not using or benefitting from!

Some place in Uk where isnt signal or is very low. However I keep and use number for 5 years

This review is more about the coverage of O2 rather than Giff Gaff who are a terrific supplier whom I have never had a problem with. However, they use the O2 network and it seems wherever I try to use the internet the signal is poor, two bars of 3G at best most of the time here in the Midlands.
A recent trip to North Wales was also frustrating because I could not get emails etc when I wanted to, had to get to a better area before I could get them. Overall, disappointing, I am considering trying Vodaphone to see if they are any better.

Sharing photos have been having problems sending photos to another person and its very annoying I’m thinking of leaving .
